Example 1:
Fill PDF Form with Fill-in
Form (Interactive)
With Adobe Reader you can fill out
form fields inside the original PDF file:
complaintform.pdf
but you can’t save your information for future reference. You
can’t fill out part of the form, save it, and resume your work
at a later time.
With PDFill you can fill in the
form as well as save it as a new PDF file. You can then resume
filling out the form at a later time. Furthermore, you can add
password protection to your PDF if it contains personal
information. The PDF file
complaintform_new.pdf
(password: pdfill) demonstrates this.
Example 2:
Fill PDF Form without Fill-in
Form (Non-Interactive)
With Adobe Reader you can’t fill
in this form:
m1040.pdf.
It does not contain any interactive form fields. You would have
to print the file and fill it in by hand or using a typewriter.
With PDFill you can type formatted
text directly onto the PDF page. Smart Positioning allows your
text entry to be accurately lined up – you can align vertically
and horizontally, and paragraph properties can be set for each
block of multiple line text. You can spell-check your input and save
the PDF file as a new file. See
m1040_new.pdf
for an example.

PDF Form Maker to create Fill-in
Form
An interactive PDF
form is a collection of PDF fields for gathering information
interactively from the user. A PDF document may contain any number of
fields appearing on any combination of pages, all of which make up a
single, global interactive form spanning the entire document. An
interactive form can be filled out on a computer and may be submitted
through an Internet or local network connection. PDFill PDF Form Maker is
specially designed for the fillable PDF forms that can be filled out
using free Adobe Reader. This form was generated without any
programming, HTML or PDF knowledge. You can
use PDF Form Maker to create, fill, edit, delete, Reset, or
submit PDF form fields. PDFill supports the most common PDF
Form Fields: Text Field, Check Box, Radio Button, Combo Box,
List Box or Push Button.
